Ingredients
| 12 ounces | Uncooked orzo |
| 2 cups | Mayonnaise |
| 1 tablespoon | Salt |
| 2 tablespoons | Lemon juice |
| 4–5 cups | Cooked chicken, cubed |
| 2 cups | Halved green grapes |
| 2 cups | Seeded chopped cucumbers |
| 1 cup | Chopped celery |
| 1/4 cup | Half & half |
| 2 tablespoons | White pepper |
Instructions
- Cook orzo following the package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a bowl combine mayonnaise, half & half, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
- Stir in cooked orzo, grapes, chicken, cucumber and celery.
- Mix well, cover and put in the refrigerator overnight.
