Baby, It's Cold Outside
January 4, 2022
When it's cold weather season, it is not a reason to go into physical hibernation mode. Think of it as a season to head outdoors for some adventurous fun!
Exercising in cooler weather has its advantages over working out in warmer weather. You may be able to work out longer and burn more calories.
Steady exercise helps to boost your immunity during cold and flu season. Although it may be a little gloomy, you're still getting in that all-important vitamin D.
The chill in the air can make you feel invigorated.
What are you waiting for? Get out there and enjoy the winter season all the while exercising!
