Optimity Fall Challenge Results: Get Active

GBU members were challenged to get fit, even with a busy work schedule. This challenge provided members with micro-exercises they could do anywhere, even at their desk.
Micro-challenges included 60-second workouts like bicycle crunches, leg raises, push-ups, jumping jacks, mountain climbers and side planks.
