How to Make an Award Ribbon for Dad

Supplies
- 1 sheet of orange paper
- 1 sheet of peach paper
- 1 sheet of yellow paper blue or black marker scissors
- glue and/or tape
Steps
- Fold the orange sheet of paper in half (lengthwise)
- Cut down the middle of the paper to make two long strips of paper
- Using one of the strips, make accordion folds across the entire piece
- Fold one accordion in half and glue together (the paper will look like a fan)
- Secure the last few folds by applying a dot of glue or a small piece of tape to the bottom of the fan
- Repeat steps 3-5 with the second strip of paper
- Glue the two separate pieces together to form a rosette
- Using the yellow paper, cut a circle smaller than the rosette; write "Best Dad Award" on the circle with marker
- Add glue or tape to the back of the circle, press the circle on to the rosette and allow the glue to set
- Cut two ribbons using the peach, then glue or tape to the back of the rosette

Alternate paper can be substituted.
