Muffin Tin Popovers

Homemade comfort food!

Ingredients
• 3 tablespoons melted butter, divided
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup milk, warmed for 30 seconds in the microwave (milk temperature should be lukewarm to warm)
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon kosher salt
Prep Time
Prep: 10 minutes
Cook: 40 minutes
Total time: 50 minutes Yield: 8 popovers
Steps
• Preheat the oven to 400°F.
• Using your muffin tin, coat 8 muffin cups with a tablespoon of the melted butter.
• Place the tin in the oven for 5 minutes.
• Mix eggs in a blender until light yellow.
• Add warmed milk and blend.
• Add the flour, salt and 2 tablespoons of melted butter, blending until smooth.
• Remove warmed muffin tin from oven and pour batter in cups.
• Return muffin tin to oven and bake until golden, around 35 minutes.
• Remove popovers from oven and serve warm.
