DIY Fall or Winter Door Décor

October 25, 2022
Updating your home when the seasons change doesn’t have to be expensive. Using common materials found in your home, you can create a festive front door that shows off your personal style and encourages guests to enjoy the season!

Materials needed:

  • Roll of butcher/freezer paper
  • Markers, crayons, paint–whatever medium you prefer to use
  • Tape and glue
  • Utility knife
  • Fall- and winter-themed stencils, self-adhesive foam pieces, stickers, ribbon and more!

Steps:

  1. Open the door and wrap butcher/freezer paper around it. Using a utility knife, cut the paper around the doorknob and at the bottom of the door.
  2. Decorate the door in a seasonal style you love.
